In this article, we'll guide you through the process of accessing your personalised PressPay dashboard to create a repayment plan, while also highlighting the conditions you need to be aware of before doing so.
Understanding the conditions for repayment plans
Before you proceed with creating a repayment plan, you need to understand the specific conditions that apply, to ensure it is used and applied responsibly:
- You can only create a repayment plan if you have an outstanding balance greater than or equal to $50.
- The repayment plan option is only available up to the business day before your next repayment date.
- You will be able to choose from the available repayment plan options depending on your personal circumstances.
- Once you successfully create a repayment plan, you will not be able to make any further withdrawals or changes until your repayment plan has been completed.
- If any repayments during the plan fail, those amounts will be added to the final instalment of the repayment plan.

It is also important that you familiarise yourself with the additional important information on this page before requesting a change to your repayments.
3. Select the REQUEST REPAYMENT PLAN button at the bottom of the page. Your next page will outline all your repayment options based on the balance you have outstanding.
4. Select the INSTALMENT PLAN that best suits your needs, and then a pop-up will appear from the bottom of your screen outlining the details of that plan.
5. Carefully review the proposed changes and the conditions that apply. Then select COMMIT TO PLAN to proceed.
6. Success! Once completed, you will receive an email to confirm the changes.
