You may be unable to access our REPAYMENTS features for a couple of reasons. Below, are some situations that may result in this feature being unavailable, and some solutions to help assist you in finding a resolution
You don't have an outstanding balance: Woohoo!! You're all paid and up to date. This feature is only available for those who have an outstanding balance on their PressPay account. This is due to the way the system has been designed and built. Why? well, this enabled our team to build a system that creates custom and personalised repayment options based on the value that is currently outstanding.
Your direct debit has already been submitted: To avoid technical issues, if you have a direct debit scheduled within the next 24-hour period or you already have a direct debit that has been automatically submitted. You won't be able to access this feature during this time. Repayments submitted via direct debit can take 1-2 business days to clear and confirm due to the connection between financial institutions.
However, in the case where your direct debit fails, you will be notified via email, SMS and this feature will become available so you can either reschedule or create a repayment plan.
You already have a repayment plan in place: You can only have one repayment plan in place at any given time. If you're having trouble making your repayment plan payments in time and need financial assistance. Please contact our team at support@presspay.com.au for more help.
Your outstanding balance is below the threshold: You must have an outstanding balance greater than or equal to $50 to be eligible for a repayment plan.
Your outstanding balance is with a third-party provider: If your outstanding balance has been overdue for a prolonged period. Then it may have been transferred to our third-party collections provider and you should have received email communication from us in regards to this. If you would prefer to set up an instalment plan directly with us, then please contact support@presspay.com.au for further assistance.
However, if none of the above situations apply, or if you are still struggling to access this feature, our customer support team are readily available to assist you. Please email them at support@presspay.com.au.
