This is usually due to an issue with the regularity of your pay. It can be for many other reasons too above and beyond just your repayment history.
We want to be transparent about why we have certain criteria. Press Pay works with partners that provide us funds (every boss has a boss!). We don’t share your details with them but we do need to follow the rules that we agreed with them.
As our methods for understanding pay cycles continues to improve and relationships with our funders change, we will keep re-analysing the data. We’ll do this over the coming weeks and months to see if we can get you re-activated. We will send you an email as soon as that happens!
