Withdrawal requests and account assessment
You can also log in to your dashboard and click the WITHDRAW USING ADVANCE button. Alternatively, can make a withdrawal request by simply messaging ‘balance’ to the PressPay mobile (0482 082 000) and following the prompts.
During the account assessment process, there may be instances when our system determines that an account doesn't currently meet the assessment criteria. As a result, the processing of withdrawal requests may be temporarily affected. We understand that this news may be disappointing, but please remember that this decision is not final.
